With artistic collaboration and intimate connection in the forefront of creation, "An Ode To Her" is just that; a celebration of womanhood and those who have collaborated during creation of the works within this exhibition.

     Through self-portraits and collaborations with peers, Candace transcends the familiar tropes associated to womanhood and feminism; bringing light to the unnatural aspects of these defining perspectives. With intervention, comes re-invention.

    Creating fanatical versions of what she deems beautiful through non-traditional characters and larger-than-life props, she challenges these nuances surrounding the autonomy, intimacy and versatility of the feminine form. ​
